Van's Cleaners

"Vans Cleaners is exceptional for high quality and expensive clothes, draperies, duvet covers...even Antique Velvet Vestments. I have used them for over 10 years and have never had an even moderate experience. Recently, I moved back to the Midwest and had Blanc Plume Fine French Laundry/Arrow Fabricare of Kansas City, Missouri press brand new custom-made silk draperies. They were returned to me severely damaged with no note of explanation. When I asked for them to fix the problem, Mike Kenig of Blanc Plume Fine French Laundry/Arrow Fabricare told me it was my problem. According to him the fabric was old and fell apart. When I asked Blanc Plume Fine French Laundry/Arrow Fabricare to please correct the damage they inflicted on my expensive new draperies, they tried to get a written letter to release them from the previous damage they had done. I had fabric left over from the draperies that were recently made, and called Vans Cleaners for help. They pressed the fabric exactly as it was with no problems. Then Vans Cleaners dry cleaned the fabric, and again had no problems. Last, they pressed the fabric dry cleaned, and again no problems. Vans Cleaners did all of these steps without asking for a release. Vans Cleaners is superior and deserves 5 stars plus some.
