Softone Dry Cleaning

"I went in to have my son's brand new Boy Scouts uniform shirt to have the new patches sewn on the shirt. When she was pinning the patches on, I noticed the patches are crooked and the wording wasn't centered. When I told her, she snapped at me and told me, "I know what I'm doing!". Well, when I came to pick it up, sure enough, the patches were crooked and the letters were not centered! She told me to bring it back later and she will fix it. HOW?! This can cause holes on his shirt. When she said, "I know what I'm doing", I assumed she did. The lady is incredibly rude. I'm paying for the services. I'm the one that should be rude. I am so irritated! My son will have to wear the shirt like that, or pay more money for another shirt and patches. Not going back."

"They create prices as you come. One week they charge you a price on pants etc and sewing, the next week they change to a higher price. Plus I pay for my clothes to dry clean, but when bring them home they look laundry.. I will never take my clothes there again. I don't recommend this cleaner. Stay away!!!"

"I love this Dry Cleaners, they do an excellent job on clothes. They are a lil pricey, but you get what you pay for. I don't mind paying the prices for good quality work, I've had them hem my work pants, as well as the pants for my wife & I wedding. Couldn't not be any happier with quality of their work. I will continue to be a repeat customer."

"I had been a client for sometime, easy going and spend a lot of money with them. This morning the owner raised her voice and start to argue with me about their prices ( that I always paid and did not spoke to her about ) because I mentioned as happens with anything, that the clothes don't come clean always and is fine ,. nobody is perfect , what is UNNACEPTABLE is her Tone that is far from SOFTONE and being RUDE , is not such a great place and great prices to put up abuse."

"Now, Listen everybody. I been going here since 2004. When I had moved to LBC. Since the first days I went here, they have always been nice. The family is good for the community and run a great dry cleaners. I have brought them numerous amounts of my clothing for years and years. From shirts, jeans, suits, Linens, pillow cases, shirts and pants for specific alterations, to specific details, to extra care cleaning, to same day service, buttons, you name it. I have always been satisfied with the work and the prices are very reasonable. GREAT Quality and for the price, you can't beat it anywhere. And if it wasn't exactly what I asked, they would always handle it the 2nd go around pretty quickly. I live in El Segundo, and I STILL DRIVE all the way here to get dry cleaning. Nobody I have tried anywhere has giving me the smell of my clothes, the service, the extra care. We are like family. They ask me about my life, my health, my kids all the time. They even joke about when I get engaged I better bring my fiancee there so they can approve. I have tried many cleaners between El Segundo to Long Beach. Other cleaners charge way more, and don't even compare to Softone Dry Cleaners. Y'all better go there. Save yourself time, headache and money. You might even catch me there. Seriously. No other doesn't compare."
