"Rob is genuine and caring. His work ethic is beyond exceptional. My husband found him years ago. We were experiencing an issue with the water heater not heating the water properly. While other companies insisted on changing out the water heater, which would have costed us between $500-$1k, Rob checked it out and said it was something simple as changing an element out of the water heater. To-date, we have not experience any further issues with the water heater and that change only costed us a fraction of replacing a new water heater, approximately $50. Well, again we are here with another issue. Our toilet is not working in our master bathroom. I've had a couple plumbers come out to assess the situation and they all lead to replacing the toilet. Rob, on the other hand, said he will snake out the toilet first to ensure that it's not just clogged for free. If it is clogged then it will only be the cost of the snaking. If it is the toilet, then we can purchase a new toilet from Lowe's or Home Depot, our choice, and he will install it. He also offered to go get the toilet himself so I wouldn't have to be inconvenienced. Other plumbers indicated that it would be minimum $1K to replace the toilet and we had to purchase one from them. Well, Rob snaked out the toilet and that was not the problem. We did have to replace the toilet. I went to Lowe's and purchased a toilet of my choice, with the specifications that he recommended. He spent quality time making sure the toilet was working properly before considering it completed. The money I saved by hiring Rob allowed me to allocate to other necessities. If you are apprehensive about using a plumber that isn't going to take advantage of your pocket book, then I highly recommend you utilize Rob's Plumbing. It's high quality without breaking the bank. He comes out day or night to ensure your needs are met. You are going to get top notch service and know it's done right! For our family, we will only be using Rob's Plumbing moving forward."
