"Sophia was our retailer on booking our appointment to find my wedding band. I already have the Fortuna setting with the emerald Diamond from brilliant earth as my engagement ring. Knowing that band has a slight curve to it, she was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful in showing us a bunch of different options that would accommodate my curved band. She went above and beyond to help us into finding the perfect one. We were beyond pleased and impressed with her help. She was incredible."

"Ana was amazing and so helpful, pleasant, and supportive! Even though my fiance and I were kind of difficult and annoying to work with (I was indecisive and could not decide between two bands, and my fiance was trying to decide if he wanted to keep his dad's wedding band or buy a new one), Ana never made us feel pressured or like we were annoying her. Ana actually helped me a lot in making a decision which I have been struggling with for months by suggesting different things to think of and ways to look at it. "Product wise: I got my engagement ring here and love it! I haven’t had any issues with the diamonds falling out, granted I got a pretty secure setting. I felt the price was reasonable for a lab grown diamond. I got the protection plan which included free resizing, and have resized it once already. It’s a little annoying since they have to ship it out to fix it, and it might take a few weeks. But it was free through their 3rd party insurance. I plan on getting our wedding bands here as well. I’d also keep in mind that diamonds held with fewer prongs are more prone to falling out, and high-profile settings will bump into everything. Store wise: they have certain policies in place, and you can’t go into the back showroom if you don’t have an appointment, so just make an appointment. You’ll get 50 minutes with the associate all to yourself to try on rings and discuss everything. They don’t have everything in the store, just FYI. Shout out to Summer for being so friendly and knowledgeable!"
