"Based on the reviews, I reached out to the business to have an engagement ring resized. Armin messaged the very next day and made me a same day appointment. The pretty showroom is easy to find, towards the back of the Jewelry Exchange building. Armin was extremely professional, efficient and caring about my resizing needs. He made recommendations about keeping the original antique finish of the band and was able to do exactly that. The ring was resized in under an hour and fits perfectly! He even made inquiries about my wedding band which was ordered but not shipped yet, and asked to see a photo of it to determine the ease or difficulty of resizing it, if necessary. Thanks to him I reached out to my wedding band seller to correct to the size Armin recommended for me and was able to avoid another - more difficult- resizing expense! He’s truly a master of his art!"
