Once dropped off they took pictures and inspected the wedding dress to make sure that I knew of any rips or breaks before they cleaned the garments and didn't start until my approval. From the moment you walk in there is a welcoming and professional presence from Tony and his wife. He immediately showed interest in what my needs were and talked me through any concerns by patiently answering my questions. His wife is very detail oriented and immediately started to assess my designer pieces and knew how to handle them, removing all shirt buttons and re-stitching them after the cleaning. They offered a fast turn around time at a very fair price. At pick up, I was very impressed with the quality of the cleaning and pressing of the jacket, pants and shirts. Tony again showed care and professionalism in making sure everything was to my expectations.
