"They need to get people who acknowledge when people walk in, and actually help them instead of letting them stand at the counter, and just staring at them, and not asking them if they need any help… Came in here, and the customer service is horrible. The people just stared at me while I was standing at the counter, didn’t even ask me if I needed any help. I was right there at the cash register. There was a lady doing something there didn’t even say hello didn’t even greet me nothing I had to ask for help myself. Where is the customer service these days?"
