"I came into the store in Foothill Ranch hoping to buy 5 ornaments. This is something I do yearly. In all the years I have been coming to this location I have never had bad customer service. I asked about a ornament that was coming in December and was shocked the way the cashier Jamie talked with me because it was out of stock. So then I picked one ornament and found another I was interested in but it was not on display. I asked if I could see it and she came over and said it was the last one and they were not going to be displaying it. I pointed to the shelf and showed her the other boxes of that ornament and she proceeded in a very rude demeaning way say that it looks exactly like the box and it does nothing and walked away. I put back the ornament I planned on buying and left. I asked her name before I left and who knows if she even gave me her correct name. She is very rude tall middle aged lady. I have never been treated like this in this or any other Hallmark store. It is very disappointing and after 29 years of purchasing the keepsake ornaments that last year was my last. Hallmark you can do better with getting good workers who care about customer service."

"Cool store! Some cool items. It's a great store to buy gift cards and other gifts. Even though they do have some cool things, I do think items are a bit overpriced."
