"The best location, in my opinion. Spacious parking lot, not so many cars, people seem to notice each other so it feels safe in this area. Definitely won't go to any other locations."
"Had to give it 1 Star but in my opinion, they don't even deserve 1 star, I have only been inside this Michaels 3 times and all 3 times horrible service by the cashiers, I was made to wait so she could attend to someone else asking questions instead of completing my check out, not even a "Just a moment" not sure what kind of training they receive at this location but it's certainly not customer service. It's a horrible experience, again just my experience, yours might be different. I won't be returning to this store."
"First, my coupon wasn’t taken at the register. I went out to my car to find another one that they would take. Brought all my items back in to get an adjustment to the pricing. Was met with soooo much resistance and passive aggression. Will never shop here again. Who needs that, especially during the holidays. Btw, my bill went from $50 to $12. So yeah I guess worth the harassment."
