"I took my 14 k gold diamond, and pearl pendant to Devon to have it closed shut due to an imperfection. I was told to return two days later for pickup. Upon returning jeweler Devon could not find my necklace pendant. I was told to return the following day, and I did. My necklace pendant was either stolen, or lost. I was only reimbursed due to having an EBay reciept because I just purchased the item within this last week. Devon did reimburse me for his negligence. The irresponsibility of the stolen, or lost precious diamond, and pearl pendant that I never wore truly upset me.. I truly question if I had not had proof of purchase of the 14 k gold diamond, and pearl pendant would I have been reimbursed at all?? I will always wonder did the jeweler just steal my real gold, pearl, and diamond pendant? Or was it accidentally lost? I was not reimbursed for the cost I paid to fix this item which was $20. I’m not only at a loss of 20 dollars, but a beautiful piece of JEWLRY I truly liked that I just bought.. I will never return! If I could rate with a ZERO STAR I would. Don’t trust this guy. Super disappointing!"
