"I’m always walking into jewelers’ stores/consignment for gold jewelry. I was in the CDM shopping center and decided to walk in Jewelers CDM. Their store and jewelry presentation is very neat and clean. The store isn’t cluttered, which can feel overwhelming; every piece they have is stunning and beautifully displayed. Michael was working that day, and told him I have been looking for a gold snake chain necklace, but most stores don’t carry them. He showed me a 22” snake chain that caught my eye. I tried it on and was surprised they even had one. It was so bright and shiny, I had to have it. Michael was very helpful, and didn’t make the purchase into a high pressure situation (which is usually how jewelers get). I purchased it and stacked my new snake chain with my rope and herringbone necklaces. After wearing it for a week, I felt like I wanted the chains to a little tighter/denser, to better suit my style. I brought my necklace back in to Jewelers CDM and told Michael about what I’m looking for. He told me he had some others at his Redlands location, and I made plans to come back in later in the week. I came back in, and the first 22” snake chain necklace Michael had me try on was the perfect one. I’m so happy with my purchase, I know I will be back for a bracelet. The prices are very reasonable for the high quality. Michael didn’t make the exchange process difficult at all. His mother, Aysel, was also working that day, and she was equally as warm and friendly. They invited me back anytime for a cleaning. I always enjoy shopping local/small business, especially with a family owned business. I highly recommend Jewelers CDM, I know I’ll be back!"
