She went there because it is the only jewelry repair place within 30 miles from where we live that opens at 9am and received 5-stars for reviews. The prongs on her diamond ring were loose and the original seller was too far away for a repair so she went to this store. The owner happily showed her why the prongs were loose and explained how he was going to fix it, which he did. The owner was extremely friendly, trustworthy, knowledgeable and understood she was in a rush. She was in and out in less than 10 minutes. No wonder why this place received so many great reviews.
