"I had a custom bracelet made for my daughter’s 30 th birthday with diamonds that had been from a bracelet from her dad. It wasn’t quite what she envisioned. The owner came out when we picked it up and said, “I want you to be happy,” and offered to have it modified and ready in 24 hours at a nominal charge. The bracelet is stunning and more than she expected. Incredible personalized customer service, we have found our jeweler!"
