"The owner is very attentive and does excellent work. I started going there in 2018, and I continue to go there. Once, I had a patch sewn onto my backpack. When I picked it up the owner noticed the patch was just slightly crooked. I was okay with it, it looked fine to me, but she insistingly asked to correct it. And she did and it came out excellent."

"I got 3 jackets dry-cleaned here. The owner/lady is super nice and she has amazing memory. Just as I walked in after a week later, she immediately knew what I had come back for. Truth me told, one of the jackets wasn't done to my standards but I think it was more of the fabric than the shop. And the lady was super apologetic about it and gave me a great discount. The other two jackets were pristine. I would've given this place 5 stars if it was for the speed of work (I had to wait 7 days) and the jackets smelled a bit funky (my wife tells me that is what dry cleaning detergent smells like) but I don't recall this with my previous dry cleaners."
