"I was so pleased with the condition of my favorite cashmere sweater when I returned to Mulberry’s after having deputed it off with two terrible stains. It was my first visit after a move to San Carlos. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the store, and doubly impressed when my sweater came out looking new, & on a new wooden hanger for me to take home. A classy touch for my new favorite cleaners!"

"DO NOT bring your clothes here if you don’t want them ruined. They somehow burned a portion of my wedding suit pants and destroyed the garment on that area. After I tried to check the garment in that area the lining literally ripped as you can see in the picture. Now they will send the pants to a third party to determine what happened to the garment. At the same time they also accused me of causing additional damage on the already damaged garment over email saying they will save the video of me handling the pants in the store. I will update the review depending the process they follow but that doesn’t delete the fact the their process ruined my pants and I can’t wear my suit this weekend."

"Their 4.8 reviews are very misleading. I left my favorite jacket and some other clothes on June 4th. While I got most of them done and redone within two weeks, I didn't hear any updates on my favorite jacket even after three weeks since leaving my clothes. So I asked for an update on that jacket. Three weeks after my inquiry, they replied that they found my lost jacket damaged from some ink spilt on it. The photo they sent me didn't seem too bad so I went to pick it up. (That was already 6 weeks after I left my jacket.) But the damage was much worse when I saw it in person. There was a huge spot of ink that wasn't on the photo and some little stains here and there. I can't believe how unprofessional they were the whole process. Every single step starting from account setup to the pickup was all mess."
