"My experience with Brandon was fantastic 5 years ago. The carpets look great this time but I wasn’t as happy with the person who serviced us. He told my husband that we didn’t need the carpet stretched in a very small area. When I showed him he then stretched it. Brandon had told me he would look at the carpet fibers to let me know if I needed coating for spots. The person just said he would send me an estimate so I don’t know for sure if I needed one. Thanks for working us in quickly but next time I will wait for Brandon."

"Brandon was professional, knowledgeable and personable from start to finish. He came with facts and information to back up the “why” with my carpet issues. I had carpet stretching done because my carpet was rippling, but it was because of the builder not installing the carpet correctly during the construction of our home. They came out and fixed the carpet and it looks brand new. Jennifer the scheduler was amazing as well with timely conversation and keeping everything on track.
