"Unfortunately it was an incredibly disappointing experience from start to finish working with this company. I purchased a piece on September 9 but the piece didn’t work for me so I promptly returned and they agreed to exchange for something else in their collection. Only today, Nov 18, did they say that they would not be honoring their word and will not exchange. I have worked in the industry for 10 years (at both Tiffany and Chopard) and we never would treat a client like this nor have I received such poor service from any jeweler. I would not advise doing business with such a company, one without morals and ethics, especially when there are so many great honest jewelers to work with. Incredibly unfortunate."
