"I had discovered Jack Weir and Sons on Instagram in Fall 2023 and quickly picked out a few rings to keep my eye on as I had been wanting to invest in an antique sapphire ring. I made an appointment to see the rings I was considering when I went out to LA for work. The office has a convenient garage for parking and I popped up to my appointment in their office. The office contains a mini jewelry store that you review first, picking out the items you want to try. Gidget was patient with me as I considered. She took my ring measurement, discussed price, tax and shipping (considerably more affordable tax if I actually have it shipped to myself in Texas rather than pick it up in person after resizing). They provided me a full and detailed digital invoice. I slept on it and made my purchase the next day! It was resized, overnight shipped and delivered to me within a week. Incredible experience that I can't recommend enough!"

They communicated with me throughout the purchase, letting me know when my ring would ship and arrive. Everyone I spoke to was extremely helpful and made the purchase experience very smooth. I got this magnificent sapphire ring and cannot be more happy with it. I was definitely skeptical about buying expensive jewelry online but the process was so seamless and communication over email has always been fast and reliable. Honestly if you ever see a piece you like just schedule a virtual appointment with one of their associates, I completely fell in love with this ring after seeing it in motion via zoom. Don’t worry if you don’t end up buying everything you requested to see, all the associates are there to help you find something that fits you, never felt like they just wanted to make a quick sell like some other jewelers I’ve worked with in the past. Also don’t be afraid of making a purchase without seeing it in person because their return policy is also top notch. If you find the piece you get not fitting your expectations just send it back in original condition within 7 days and they will process a full refund the day they receive your return item. I actually got a bundle of 2 rings and sent back one of them bc it just isn’t for me. A lot of their pieces are worth checking out at great price points. I will definitely return for more in the near future. Overall 5 star for every aspect possible, quality, selection, value, communication, buying experience, post purchase services etc. I’m in my 20s and have no children, but I already can’t wait to take my future daughter there to pick out her first estate piece. Jewelers like this deserves to be around for ever."

"Looking online all over LA for the right sapphire, I came across JW&S. Here I saw a few pieces that I just loved. So I scheduled my first appointment to see the pieces live. By the end of my second visit I couldn't decide so I got two! Incredible service, beautiful pieces and happy with the price. No hard sell, and they were happy to show anything I wanted to see.
