"Stay away! I purchased two items a couple days ago. The next day I get an email saying they aren't able to process part of the payment for one of the items. I noticed they were attempting to charge my account quite a bit more than what my total was so I responded to their email (which is how they instructed me to respond so I could advise them how to process my payment). Never received a reply back as to what the additional charges were that they were attempting. I then get another email the next day saying the same thing as the first, they aren't able to authorize a charge. I used Affirm for the total amount of the order which included taxes and free shipping so luckily they weren't able to process the additional charges they were attempting. I've sent at least 6 emails to customer service and used their "escalation" option in their emails to see what's going on and have NEVER received a response. Best I can tell they are trying to rip people off by adding additional charges to your account and then not ship all of your items (if they even ship anything at all). My affirm account show I paid in full for both items showing on my Novica invoice. But yet they are saying they didn't get approval for one of the items. This is bs because affirm shows the total for both items was paid and they are attempting to tack on ADDITIONAL charges which of course was denied because it was more than the original purchase price. The original total on my invoice shows as paid. The ADDITIONAL charges are what was denied. This is the worst online shopping experience I've had in a long time and their customer service is absolutely useless. Stay away from this site because it feels like an absolute scam!!"
