"So unreliable and such poor service! I don't know why I've given this guy so many chances.... between drycleaning, alterations, and having patches sewn on to jackets.... literally 80% of the time there's multiple delays... and then he hands you back "finished" items that haven't been cleaned or fixed, etc. And he makes you pay in advance. Here's a common scenario: You come to pick uo your clothes the day he says the work is supposed to be done. Then you get told to come back the next day ("it'll be done in the morning"). You get there in the evening of the next day...then get told to wait 20 minutes... then another 30 minutes... still not done. Then he tells you to come back the next day."

I only had to pay$10 after original quote of $35. I've taken some suits there since and the alterations always perfect!"
