"Fantastic job! I had a pair of gore-tex ski pants which had been ripped on one spot, and the inside layers that prevent the snow penetration were torn apart. The lady who handled alterations did fantastic job, fixing them. She was very professional and experienced. I grew up in a family where my mom was a dress maker for 55 years, I gained some experience while watching her do the alterations and dress-making jobs. Since I didn't have a sewing machine, I decided to use Royale Cleaners services. I am very happy with her work, and highly recommend her. "I brought a coat and a pair of pants and three long sleeves and it cost almost $30. It took them almost a week to dry clean, anything sooner would cost more. They did a good job and separated the dark from the light ones and it looks like the clothes were cleaned properly. On the day i went to pickup, the telephone machine was down to read the cards, i had to withdraw some cash from the nearby ATM and i got charged additional $3.00 for withdrawal, that is not cool. I would look elsewhere for my next dry clean, i might have a better experience."
