"This review is specifically about an experience getting a watch battery replaced. Please, for your own sanity, I would not bring any watches here. I don’t believe the staff are trained adequately for even the simplest watch battery replacement. I had a Tiffany jewelry watch that I brought here, and when it was returned to me a piece of the watch which held the face in place within the watch case was GONE. I took it to another jeweler who couldn’t believe that they could have literally lost a piece of the watch when just replacing the battery. I was dumbfounded too. The video attached is the jeweler I took it to explaining the missing piece. Beyond this, they scratched the gold case trying to open it, and really permanently damaged the watch. Even since going to another jeweler to get the lost piece replaced, the watch has never kept time since and no one knows what the hell is wrong with it. I normally wouldn’t leave a review like this, but I wish I had been forewarned and just taken my watch to a watch specialist."
