"This is 100% one of the BEST and most EFFICIENT dry cleaners along the SF Bay Area Peninsula area. The gentleman who runs the place has been there for quite some time and he is always willing to work with the customer's needs and timeframe. Upon walking in, everyone is always greeted with a warm welcome. One can tell a business owner's true passion lies in their service industry whenever a customer has many demands, but the owner is always willing to work WITH the customer to meet them. I will be back here soon--actually in truth tomorrow December 7th--to have a huge set of clothes dry cleaned. I am thankful for Quok, J&C's fine owner, and for the enduring business that meets customer demands in a world where technology and specialty services attempt to nuance the art of dry cleaning, while charging the customer unreal prices. "I had a meeting today and my shirt was a bit wrinkled from travel, far too much to be presentable in a business meeting. I stopped at J&C with the hope that I could get a one-hour turn-around on having a shirt pressed. But their staff did even more. Within 20 minutes, having stopped to take care of me, they had me looking my best. In 2018, it's hard to find this kind of service. "I just received 3 dry cleaned jackets and one laundered dress shirt from J&C One hour cleaners. I'll start with the laundered shirt. The shirt is pressed but it is obvious that it was done carelessly. The cuffs and front of the shirt has several creases from the press and appears to have been a rush job. The jackets do not appear to even be dry cleaned. The same stains appear on all the jackets. They appears partially ironed. One of the jackets was new but wrinkled and it still has many of the same wrinkles from when I brought it in. I'll be returning this shortly for them to fix the work. Lets see how they handle it. I will provide an update. One thing to note as well is that I told them there was no rush and I could pick them up whenever. They told me 5 days and this was the result. I cant imagine the one hour service."
