"Sent a piece of clothes that I really liked for dry cleaning, and the clothes came back shrunk and destroyed Also the seam on the sleeve fell off after they dry cleaned it, they fixed it but charged me extra for it - if it fell during your dry clean process shouldn’t it be them to fix? They also didn’t give me a heads-up that complimentary pick up had a minimum of $50 - they called and asked if they could charge the full $50 when I only sent in $30 worth of clothes Really just didn’t have good experience with them all the way from their services to the actual quality of the cleaning"

"I went there and dry cleaned one wool sweater and one cashmere. They both came back shrunk. The wool one is completely un-wearable. It feels like they just washed it. I remember told them a specific solution to dry clean but they just completely ruined my clothes."
