"This is a good service to use if you know you want regular cleanings at a good price. Just know if you choose the voucher you will need to pay monthly and have cleanings. You can change cleaners if you are unhappy with your cleaner. It is hard to cancel. We had a situation where we had a fire and it took a little work to get the contract canceled but customer service came through for us. I was happy with my cleaner and the job he did."

"Very dissatisfied. First time scheduling service with this company and the last one. i payed for 7 hours. Cleaning service was supposed to arrive between 9am and 10am. I was notified that Stephany can't come at 9 in the morning, and she said she can come at 12 but it will be 2 of them. i agreed. Both cleaning ladies arrived at 2.15 pm. One left 1.5 later. Another one at 5.15 pm. So total was not even what i was charged for. Cleaners arrived with half cleaning supplies missing. Cleaning was horrible. Floor is still dirty, mirrors all greasy, oven left with cleaning liquid sprayed inside. Half of the garbage containers in the house full. Dust on blinds. Kids room floor was just slightly swiped not even mopped. Had to ask to vacuum the floor. Also they sprayed chemicals.in the oven and haven't even finished cleaning it, just left it like that ( i payed for oven cleaning service separately). I was trying to ask lady to finish but she ignored and just left. Very poor service."

"Don’t use this service multiple issues: 1. They put you on a plan without any warning. They might have it in the fine print, nothing visible right away. 2. The cleaning person that came you the house took 6 hours to clean 3 bathrooms, dust and mop the dinning area, and 1 bedroom. My house is pretty clean we have a maid that comes, but was not available for this weekend so though I would try Homeaglow. 3. She used the same rag on the floor as well as the counters, sink, bath/shower and toilet in all the bathrooms. So disgusting. Also, she used all the Clorox toilet wand brushes in just one toilet. there were at 7 brushes left. And she put them back in the holder. 4. I had to cancel my evening dinner plan with my kids and clean and sanitize every with. 5. No live agent to help fix any problems. Don’t not use this service. Update: I received a text message from the senior customer service member stating they will call me momentarily, the call never came."

"DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. They are terrible and you cannot get anyone on the phone to help. First cleaner never showed or responded. Then the next person they assigned didn't speak any English, but we were able to communicate via text (and google translate). She did a terrible job. I paid $150 for 6 hours and specifically said "THE BASEBOARDS NEED A DEEP CLEAN." The entire house takes about 2-3 hours to clean, which is why I paid for another 3 hours for the baseboards. She didn't touch them. Didn't even bother to wipe down the sink cabinet in the bathroom where something had been spilled. GOOD LUCK trying to get help or cancel. There is no one to call. When I cancel, they charged me $173. So in total I will be out $323 and still have a messy house. Awesome job Homeaglow! You really know how to take care of your customers!"

"Cleaner here- I would not recommend taking on cleaning tasks from this company. I’m deactivating my account. I take pride in cleaning, and accept jobs based on the customers needs and mine. It’s been 2 weeks, and HomeAGlow has not paid for me the previous job that I done. The job disappeared in the middle of me cleaning, and never came back for me to finish and collect payment. Even the customer was confused. I won’t be wasting my time and resources on this company. I’m located in the Kansas City area. And have started offering cleaning services on my own."
