"Been bringing things here for years. I've never had any issues and when I need something sooner, they usually are able to make it work. Highly recommended!"
"I brought my dress shirts for work and my mom’s clothes for dry cleaning. Great quality and service. Will definitely come again."
"Couldn't be more agreeable with Mr.Glover's review. It was my first time and definitely my last with this place. I brought in my puff jacket that had oily stain which a woman at the desk promised that they could clean it out. When I went back to pick it up the stain was still there so I asked for a discount (not a full refund), she angrily refused it and brought out the owner who appeared angry even before I got a chance to address the issue. He rudely yelled at me that "no one else complained!" and refused to listen or compromise period. He basically treated his customer with zero respect and care. The rate here was overpriced, worse the service was terrible. I truly feel they deserve zero star!"
"If you value your clothes, do not use Proclean One 1Hour Cleaners. My family has been coming to this establishment for around 20 years. There have been incidents of ruined clothes before, but today was the last straw. I took in 3 brand new sweaters from JCrew, Banana Republic, Ann Taylor (All purchased within the moth). All came back completely stretched out, with “sweater pills” all over them. They all looked over a year old. The owner is always very nice, apparently until there is a problem. He became incredibly irate, and refused to take any responsibility for the destruction of the sweaters. His rebuttal: •The sweaters were low quality •Why did no one else complain Despite his completely illogical argument, I gave him plenty of opportunity to do the right thing and take responsibility. I told him the choice was his, refund the money for the damaged clothes, or I would document the incident for all to see. Becoming angry at the customer and shouting them down is no way to run a business, and producing a poor product certainly does not help. One bizarre incident of note: last year we got an item of clothing back that mysteriously had all the buttons replaced with cheap plastic buttons. When confronted, the owner just became angry, and took no responsibly. Enough is enough. Use them at your peril! (Sadly, there is no choice for zero stars!)"
