"Big run around. Ordered a sliding door, paid for it, waited for a month before finally having it come in. Another month for the installer to come out. Door was defective. Have to wait for a replacement part. No one ever called. When I called the store customer service at the store just kept handing me off to someone else that didnt know what to do. Been 2 1/2 months and the job is still not done."

"The Home Depot / Murrieta, CA Tammy in the kitchen center is great! BUT, if your thinking of ordering counter tops.......think again, if there only vender is BLOCK TOPS out of Anaheim. They don't come in 2-3 days to measure like they say they will - it's a week & a half! Further, they want to put seams where they aren't needed......to make their job easier. They also have an additional trip charge & also will charge you for a "extra" helper. I tried to work out the details with them but they won't even talk to me on the phone......everything is e-mails.....I even offered to drive into Anaheim (from Temecula) to talk with their production manager - they said he's unavailable for 2 weeks. I now have to go through Home Depots refund policy & seek out another fabricator.......Kitchen has been ready for tops now for 3 weeks......BLOCK TOPS only called me a week prior to installation to have me sign off on the seams - I refused. DONT USE HOME DEPOT FOR COUNTER TOPS - They only have One Vender & are Contracted to use ONLY them. Block Tops has a Take it or Leave it attitude......(at the last miniute). Bruce Temecula, CA"
