After texting me the night before to confirm the appt, he called beforehand to advise me of his arrival time and he arrived right on time! Without being asked, he put on shoe covers to protect my carpets and explained what he was going to do and how long he expected it would take. After efficiently cleaning all the ducts, he showed me the amount of lint that came from the dryer duct. I was astonished! Even though I clean my lint filter after every use, there was a formidable pile outside the duct. After showing me, he carefully bagged it up and disposed of it. I know that lint can be a fire hazard and I am so grateful for his expertise in removing it! I will definitely be calling Alex again!"
