"Got charged 10.00 for every washer I used . Was told I’d be reimbursed for the difference in 48hrs. The owner lied to the staff which lied to us . The entire transaction is complete so there was never going to be an amount being out back on my card , this happened to everyone who was there . The washers had extremely long dog hair . Had to clean it out myself . Dryers smelled like hot dirty clothes . Just overall a horrible experience. Will be demanding my refund . Because this is absurd. Not how a business should be ran ."

"Came here for a peaceful morning of laundry and it was hella quiet at first, then I realized I forgot bleach and wanted to buy the bigger bottle behind the counter and the attendant was nowhere to be found for like 30 minutes, there was like two or three of us just waiting at the counter for her. I gave up and just got the one from the vending machine…and then a man comes in to do his laundry and brings his EXTREMELY obnoxious dog. The dog is really barking at everyone walking by, and the attendant standing at the counter is flirting with this man and doesn’t say anything about this really loud and extremely uncontrolled dog. I love dogs too but I don’t want to hear an unruly dog or watch my step in case I walk by him and he barks or snaps at me. Really annoying I’ll just go somewhere else.the facilities are clean tho!"

"UPDATE: NEW OWNERS Since new owners came on board this place has gone down hill. Prices gone up and nothing is getting fix. Big dryers 4 are out, paid dryers 5 are out, free dryers 3 are out. Had a glass come off one of free dryers just today. Another customer said she was her clothes last week and the washer water was dirty and her clothes smelled like sitting water. Don't know if they reimbursed her or not. Floors are not being kept clean nor the rest of the washer and dryer units being clean. I come early mornings as they open so shows me its not getting clean the night before closing. I will be going to the new laundrymat down the street. FIX YOUR MACHINES.......... Staff is great been going for years . Second owners now who are great people. Just a little concern that I am seeing the free dryers not getting fix. Today there are 6 free dryers down. Not busy today, which is good. Otherwise it's a great place to do laundry."

"Clean and well kept location. A variety of different size machines. I came to wash a large comforter, was in and out. Asked a couple questions and the employee was helpful and friendly. Employee is active walking around cleaning and making sure all is running smooth. I will go back when needed."
