"They cleaned nothing. They messed around in my bedroom and took two huge bags filled with my clothes to the dumpster. I told them no, tried to stop them. They threw away my clothing some of which had been on the bed for sorting. Incredible When asked not to they ignored my requests and threw my clothes in the dumpster and then refused to retrieve them. I called their manager and she said they should come in and clean the kitchen and the bathroom. I told them this and they said “No, we are leaving “. And they left."

"Service Joy helped me on very short notice after another cleaning service flaked out on cleaning my home so I could stage it for sale. They sent a 3-woman crew as I requested, and when the job proved bigger that originally estimated, simply added the necessary time to accommodate it. They cleaned very thoroughly and used cleaning supplies that left the house smelling clean and fresh, not like a ton of chemicals! I recommend them."

"Recently moved into a new house, and the master bathroom was... Really bad. I cleaned the rest of the house with the help of friends and family, but simply couldn't bring myself to clean the master bath. Called Service Joy Maids and scheduled an appointment (booked about a week out), and two cleaners came by. Man am I glad I called!! They exceeded my expectations, and my girlfriend and I finally feel like we can stop using the guest bath. Would definitely consider using their services again in the future."
