"Revise review: It’s been over a week since the Inspector Clean shampoo rug. In the 4 days there where a bad odor coming from the rug I thought maybe it will go away. I called Inspector about it he said he can come by but I thought they would come on 11/11 not 11/10. After I sent them pictures because the smell was unbearable and showed him that mildew is underneath the rug. He said that impossible were going to give you $50 back and we’re done. Wow So in the future I WILL NOT use them again. P.S what I learned from this is before I give anyone a 5 Star rating for services, I will wait at least a week. Got to go buy a new rug."
