"I was nervous about mounting a 65 inch TV at an awkward angle in my bedroom, so I called TV Mount LA. In less than 24 hours, they gave me a reasonable quote and set up time to come and do the install for me. It only took Anvar about an hour to mount this giant TV and my PS5. He was extremely professional, communicative, and friendly. I’m super pleased with the install and I can finally enjoy TV in my bedroom without having to fall asleep on the couch in my living room. 10/10 would recommend."

"Responsive but not professional. The 270$ installation process drilled 10 holes, led to deduction in rent deposit and a lot of confusion. I advice using TV brand's official mount service instead. Picture 1 are the holes Picture 2 are the holes after patches. Bad: -Expensive: For a 70 inch TV, cost around 270$ to install. 99$ for mount service, 90$ for the full motion mounts, around 40$ for LED light stripe, tipped around 50$, because the mount took around 2 hours. Technician drilled 10 holes instead of 4 and resulted in couple hundred dollar more in cost to my deposit, charged by my apartment. -Unprofessional: The initial install took about 2 hours and drilled 10 holes (pic1) on the wall because the technician said the wall is not the type of wall most apartment use. After install the expensive 90$ full motion mount the technician said I better not move the TV because the wall condition the TV could be unstable. 1 year later, the owner of business agreed to help me patch the hole, same technician came and charged me 40$ to take down TV and did very bad patch work (pic 2). Not punctual was also an issue. Good: -Responsive: Easy to schedule. -Good customer support: 1 year later I contacted regarding patching the hole, they agreed to it. However, the patch work was done poorly and technician charged me 40$ to take down TV. The rental apartment charged me couple hundred dollars because they only expect 4 holes for TV mount. I think the owner is taking care of the business responsively but unprofessional technician led to confusion that'll make customer pays for. I don't know how I'll feel if it's a wall in my house being drilled 10 holes patched like this. I advice to use TV brand's official mount service instead."
