"Customer BEWARE! We booked a move out cleaning service one month in advance. We were quoted 2.5 hours for 4 housekeepers. 2 days before the clean they requested to change times from 12pm to 9am, we agreed to the time change and the appointment was set. The morning of we were called 15 minutes before the appointment and we were advised the cleaning team would be 30 minutes late and only 3 would be coming. Again we were flexible and continued with the clean. Since we booked a move out clean we were advised that we would receive a deep clean and the appliances would be cleaned as well. I arrived at the house 15 minutes before the clean was complete, as instructed. I did the walk through with the lead cleaning lady, we started upstairs. I pointed out that none of the doors appeared to be wiped down and there were still some noticeable dirt on the doors- she told another team member who started on that. We get to the end of the walk through (downstairs kitchen) and the floor hasn’t been touched yet- she asked if I noticed anything else before we started in the kitchen and I said “the floor needs to be done” the third cleaning lady started on the floor with a dust mop only and swiffered it— it was still visibly dirty. But as we are going through the kitchen she gets to the oven and says that she can’t open it because it “just locked after she cleaned it” I asked her if she ran the clean cycle, she said no. I told her the oven just can’t lock itself it requires you to hold lock for 5 seconds to lock. I tried and tried with her to unlock the oven but it was stuck. I kept asking how this happened and she kept trying to explain in Spanish. I unfortunately don’t speak Spanish so I got my neighbor. We translated and she called her boss, as did I. I was told someone would call me back about the oven. In the meantime my neighbor came and attempted to unlock the oven by pressing the lock and unlock button hoping to reset it but the oven door was jammed. The door was hanging forward and would not release. I paid the cleaning team as instructed and was told a repair man would call me to look at this damage. When we finally got a call back we spoke with Richard who said that his employee wouldn’t have locked the oven and that they don’t run the clean cycle on the oven. I reiterated that ovens cannot lock themselves and that not only was the oven stuck locked but it had been damaged because of how it was yanked in attempt to get it back open by the cleaning team. He said he could come out and look at it but it would be at my expense even though this occurred during/after the cleaning lady worked on the oven. We spent $330 for a move out clean PLUS $90 to repair an oven that was broken during their cleaning job! When we asked how this happened no one would give any answers. This company is extremely shady! I wouldn’t recommend them! We spent 5 hours after they left recleaning our home! The house was lightly cleaned on the surface only! Definitely not worth what we paid!"
