"Called to get a quote from this place. The guy on the phone explained that they are having a special for two bedrooms and a living room to be cleaned for $109. I then asked him to verify that there were no additional costs that would be added to this price. The man on the phone explained that the only additional charge that would be added would be for any spot stains I would want removed. He also clarified that there was no service charge or delivery fee. The technician showed up 3 hours late and wanted to charge me $170 dollars. I explained to him I had already agreed on pricing over the phone and had the expected price of $109 The tech then told me there was a service charge and an additional cost to clean the 8x3 ft hallway. (All of this had already been discussed over the phone, I even provided the sqft of the total cleaning area) I told the tech that I was only going to pay the price that was sold to me over the phone, the tech then tried to haggle with me to pay more. I literally had to kick the technician out of my apartment, it was extremely frustrating to say the least. I would not recommend this carpet cleaning service to anyone, very unprofessional."
