"I was in Paula's store with my mom this past weekend. She has absolutely gorgeous pieces. I was looking at a leather strap bracelet with a large glass charm. I couldn't decide between two colors. She suggested I buy one with the leather strap and she would sell me the second charm separately at a lesser price without having to buy a whole separate band even though they weren't displayed to sell that way. She gave me a great deal on the beautiful items. My mom and I also had a very nice conversation with her and really felt we connected. Lovely lady and I'm so happy with my purchases. She left such an impact that my mom wanted to look up her art work online and we were just discussing how much we enjoyed our interaction. Will definitely return next time we're in the area.
