"I purchased a Groupon for $89 worth of house cleaning services and the experience was absolutely awful. To start off, the night before the cleaners were supposed to come, Paul contacted me and said that the cleaners would be arriving 3 hours later than scheduled. I did happen to be available later, so it wasn’t a huge deal, but it did require moving some things around. When I contacted Paul originally, he told me that it would be $99 to clean my home and I would have a team of two for two hours. This is higher than the $22/hour stated on the website, but since it wasn’t off by much, I was willing to pay the extra $10 (plus tip) for the services. After the cleaners showed up, he told me that the rate when using a Groupon is higher than the regular rate (so he doesn’t lose any money) and I would have to pay an additional $50. I told him that I would just use the value of the Groupon then, and he said it would be valid for 1.5 hours. I told him that would work, but he still wanted to charge me $35. When I told him that I didn’t want to spend any more than the $10 plus tip I was planning to spend, he got incredibly mad, started calling me a horrible person, and then hung up on me when I told him I would only pay the extra $10 plus tip. I gave the cleaners $20, but after 1 hour they told me they were leaving. The main girl also told me that she just met Paul randomly yesterday after I scheduled my appointment- who would have shown up if he hadn’t met her?! Basically, he sent random people to my home and my home was still dirty after they left. We ended up having to clean after the cleaners left. Today I was contacted by the cleaners. They told me that Paul (the owner) never paid them. This guy was not only rude, but he totally ripped off me and never even paid the cleaners! This is literally the worst merchant I have ever worked with on Groupon."

"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They came out and cleaned but it was horrible so I went back and swept the house right when they left and picked up sooo much dirt. I sent the picture to the owner PAUL and he apologized and said he would send someone out for free to fix the mistake. I thought everything was great and thought he was professional at that point but that's when the nightmare began! When the new people came out a few weeks later they were HORRIBLE as well. Put some kind of grease like substance on the ground that actually made me fall in front of the cleaner. The cleaning lady then through an HUGE fit and stormed out of the house when I told her it was slippery after they left because of her attitude and the way she stormed out I checked my stash of money and they STOLE OVER $2,000 in CASH! I immediately called the cops and had them come out to explain the story. Thankfully because this is also a business we have camera everywhere and were able to get a clear picture of not only them but them storming out of the house. When the cops came he said that they would file the claim and get a court order to get his insurance info to put a claim in for the money. We called the owner PAUL and he did not care! The kicker is even though that cleaning was supposed to be free he still charged us! So not only was the cleaning done wrong, I fell, they stole $2k BUT we still got charged for it. I called him about the money that was charged and explained that he already said the cleaning would be free and he said "Oh well, call the cops!" I was heated in the beginning but thankfully because we are private investigators we record a lot of our calls and the cop said because the call was recorded that stated he was doing the cleaning for free but still charged us NOW he will have charges brought on him because essentially he charged a card without authorization which is theft. Now I just have to deal with the hassle of court and all of that. Would have been easier if he just gave us his insurance info, refunded the last cleaning and everything would have been fine. But now because of his attitude and not caring way of thinking he has to deal with being charged with theft for the credit card charge! DONT USE THIS COMPANY!"

"Awful service and the owner named Paul is aggressive and rude not only do they purposely overcharge for an awful cleaning job they do so knowing that the cleaner they sent couldn't do the full eight hours I had booked. She left after six hours and her boss Paul knew this and still overcharged me. Do not even bother with this place unless you like being spoken to like rubbish and have money to burn. Plenty of better places that although may be more expensive do the job better and treat the customer with respect. Would give negative stars if I could"

"Wow!! The absolute worst experience I have ever had with any company of any type in my life!!!! Do not use this company ever! Please read before setting up an appointment! We were moving out of a condo and my landlord told us she would have the places cleaned with her usual company for $150. I found this place on groupon for $89 and decided to try them out (what a huge mistake). I booked a date a week ahead of time, which the cancelled on the day of, So I gave them another chance and booked them again for the next day. When I returned home the following day, I found a note from my downstairs neighbor saying he had water pooring down his walls in the bathroom. As I walked in the apartment, the carper was vacuumed..... and that was about it... A three hour vacuum job. Nothimg else looked clean. I looked in my bathroom and found one of the cleaners rag underneath the toilet soaking up a leak. And the water was turned off, showing they were aware of the leak they caused. I called and spoke with Jeff who said he would figure out what happened and call me back.... never received a call back, what a surprise. A couple days later I received a email from my landlord stating the water famage caused by the leak is going to cost $300 at my expense and that the condo appeared to be very poorily cleaned and she was going to have to hire another cleaning crew, at our expense. I called back the company and spoke with a female who appeared to care less about the issue and stated the cleaners said the leak was already there. Really!!?? Of course there not going to say they busted the toilet! I lived there for three years and the first letter I ever get from my neighbor about a leak is the day after you guys clean, yet it was already there!! Ridiculous. Anyway, supposedly she is going to contact the boss to call me back, which I believe was the guy I already talked to when it happened, so I doubt I'll be hearing from them, they dont care about bettering there business at all and are extremely incompetent. In the end trying to save $60 cost me $400. Can't wait for the day this company goes under."

"I needed house cleaning service for an event I was having, They were able to schedule me for the very next day! The cleaners arrived and had their own equipment and were very nice and listened to my requests. I would definitely use them again when i'm feeling too lazy to clean!"
