Due to the heavy windows and second story location, I have hired this company for many years to clean my windows and screens. "Poor service, poor follow-up, and no customer service. They left drips running down most of the windows. (See photos.) They came back and smeared around some of the drips, but left other windows with drip stains running down them. They damaged my property. They broke a sprinkler and didn't tell me. (See photo.) This caused water to spray up onto the windows that had been cleaned. I requested a refund, and they ghosted me."
