The day off the appointment I received a text message of their eta. Josh and Marcus arrived to my place prompt and ready to go at 8:30am. They both very kind and provided friendly service. Josh was very informative and walked me through the air duct and dryer vent cleaning process of my home. He was very patient with me as I was asking a lot of questions regarding the process and how it worked. He even showed photos of what my vent looked like and before and after. They started with the air duct cleaning and Josh even provided recommendations on the filters I should buy in the future. Next, they worked on the dryer vent and as they were cleaning there was so much lint you can see it coming out. It definitely was clogged and needed the cleaning.
