"Cleaners that advertise leather services and don't do leather. Employee female very very rude.ask to speak to owner she suppose to call but ignored me. Then she told me to go to different cleaners woww how fast is to loose customers. Hope the owners do something about it"

They were extremely rude when I tried to resolve the issue amicably.I am currently under the contract with an attorney to try to make them pay for damaging my expensive dress. "My wife dropped off a pair of pants to get the zipper replaced a few days later I went in and picked them up, They told my wife it would be 15.00 when I picked them up they charged my 17.00 no big deal over 2.00 just the principle. The first time I wore them (I was out of town) the zipper broke again I called them and they told me no problem just drop the pants off and they will fix them, so my wife dropped them of again and they told her a couple of days and it was gonna cost another 5.00. I went into pick up the pants and now they can not find them they told me to talk to my wife that maybe she took them to a different cleaners I told them she did not and they told me they would look for them. I got a voice mail from Jackie and she said they can not find them sorry, I called Jackie back and she told me to talk to my wife again and then told me to have my wife come in and tell her who took the pants so they can have them find the pants ??? Jackie told me she look through all the garments and could not find them so how would the person who took the pants find them if Jackie said they are not there. This really isn't about a 30.00 pair of pants and a 17.00 repair its about the principle if you make a mistake then take care of your clients don't just say we can not find them sorry :( VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE"

The young man who took my call was informative and had a very warm and helpful telephone manner. No problem and they did a great job at a reasonable price. Needless to say , I will be back."

He took my information and gave me a receipt. I came back on the day the pants were to be ready and they were. Again the young man was polite, professional and fast. When I got home I looked the pants over carefully and the stains were gone and they were pressed perfectly."
