I had no idea how much I needed all my vents cleaned. The dryer I knew but I could smell something in my house was weird. Don’t smell it now! Will do this yearly!"

"We had 2 technicians come out and they were very professional, fast and took care not to leave a mess. After they left and I used the air conditioner, I noticed some debris in one of the vents. I called and they were very helpful and understanding. They sent out the technicians again and it was just a tiny bit of debris that formed from having had the duct’s cleaned out. I felt a bit foolish, but they assured me they were happier to come than to have an any doubts about the ducts service. They were extremely thorough and cleaned the duct again. I will definitely use Pure Air San Diego again and I highly recommend them! Great customer service, fair pricing, professional work!!"

"I'd like to say we had a good experience with this company. Unfortunately, that is not the case. The workers came in, and told my husband that they had to clean around our furnace, even though we told them we wanted vent cleaning only My husband found a leftover part from somewhere in our system on our counter. They also lost several screws to the hatch that enclosed are A/C unit. The ones that they did use to fix it were drywall screws. They drilled them directly into our drywall, and not into the actual housing unit. Also, they did not clean up afterwards, and there was dust and pieces of drywall all over the place. We will not be recommending this company to anyone."
