"Do not hire this company! The technician they sent out was a total amateur. Their prices are way out of line. They wanted to charge four times what is typical and, dropped the quote in half after I suggested to my wife that we get another quote from another company. The service was so horrendous that I had to go an rent carpet cleaning machine myself to remove all the shampoo and chemicals left behind by their technician. Hire some other company unless you want to throw your money away. I regret having done any business with this company and will never do business with them again."
