"My wife and I had a terrible experience with this company. I write this review because what they did is morally wrong, they didn't respect our time or our home, they stained our floors, won't refund us, and won't respond. We were given an arrival time of 8-10am for the technician, Juan, to arrive but he showed up at noon and worked for about an hour. Before he left we asked about some spots and stains on our hardwood floors and he said not to worry because it'll dry by the next day. The next day came and they were still there. We contacted Juan and he said he would be there the next day at 9am, he cancelled on me an hour after he was supposed to arrive. Both interactions were an inconvenience and he ruined our floors. We asked for a refund, he said we will get our money back within 3-5 days, we never received it and we are unable to get ahold of the company. I've called and sent multiple texts but no response. Their automated phone answering system just hangs up on you with no options to speak to anyone. I've read a lot of the 1 star reviews and the company responds to most of them politely, if you are an employee of the company please contact me, fix the problem, or give me my money back."

"Scheduled services with this company and they simply didn’t show up. They had the nerve to call us 2 hours later after the 2 hour window to ask if we can reschedule. I declined because had already wasted part of my day due to the fact that they couldn’t call me or text me at any point during the two hour window to let me know that they are gonna be late or that they were running behind. Simply not texting or calling is truly unacceptable and unprofessional. Heed my warning, use a different company who will actually respect your time"

"Juan came out to clean our mattress. He was really late first off. I almost had to reschedule which I should have. He left a mess after he was done, didn't clean any of the wet spots on the floor. He left a pile of wet dirty debris outside my house. On top of all that, my mattress was soggy. I expected a steam vac with hot water, but instead it was just cold and wet. Since he came at 5pm, my bed is not going to be dry by bedtime. What a big mess and headache. Not recommended at all."

"I contacted Blue Team Carpet for an estimate for cleaning my couch. They responded quickly and gave me a great price (I had checked with a few other places in the area). It was super easy to schedule the service and they were very flexible with the day I needed. On the day of the service Juan was communicative and kept me updated on his arrival time. Once at my home, he explained the service and went straight to work. He had me check the work before he left. My couch looks great! I'll use this service again next time I need it. Thanks, Juan!"
