"Genuinely a terrible experience. They're actually not the business they send - they white label work for others. The company they sent cleaned the inside of my couch cushions for some reason and tried to leave without doing the covers, which was essentially the only reason I even called them in the first place. Then they charged me $90 despite saying the service would cost between $50-$70. Then again, as he tried to leave I had to point out to him that there were many spots that clearly hadn't been touched by the steam cleaner. Really unprofessional."
