"When I initially came to this cleaner it was out of convenience. I needed to find a dry cleaner and it’s down the street so it seemed like a good idea given the reviews. The woman was rude even though I was more than polite which I’d be fine with if they were a fantastic cleaner. They charged me $115 for 6 items (they counted 7 but it was one dress with an underlining). Which again, I’d be fine with as I gave them 4 days turn around time. Still expensive but I would’ve gotten over it. I picked them up on Saturday before heading to the airport and simply packed it all, excited to have what I wanted to bring with me. When I first took them, I noticed a smell. As if they had been sitting wet for awhile in the back of a closet. I let it go assuming it would fade. It has not. Then there’s the fact they ruined one of my coats. It’s a designer coat that now has strings pulled along the buttons, a stain on the sleeve AND on the front of the jacket. DO NOT USE THIS DRY CLEANER. The audacity to knowingly give me back something you ruined and charge me full price with no apology is despicable. These photos are also time stamped for 5min post pick up so I can prove this is the fault of the dry cleaner."

"Lele's is the best, I take all my dry-cleaning here and have for years. They're fast, my clothes look great and are well pressed. Nothing has ever been lost, or late. Bonus points for the massive fish in their fish tank, and location next to Bird Rock Coffee."
