"Good service overall. The person at the front is helpful and attentive to detail. He had good energy and got my clothes quickly. He was able to show me the work done on some pants that I needed sewing. The services are similarly priced as other locations in the area and they complete the work when they tell you. I will be going here now for my dry cleaning."

"My husband dropped off his suits to be dry cleaned and wasn’t able to pick them up so I had to. I was scared to go in there with my son due to the virus. I called ahead and the man told me he would meet me outside. He not only came outside but hung all the suits for me in my car. Also one of the suits had cash in it, and the young man had stapled it to one of the bags. Talk about honesty! He was great and went out his way to help keep my son safe. And the prices are wonderful. 10 outta 10 recommend this place."

"Well, I hate to post a bad review about a hometown business, but for your sake I will tell you my recent experience at Spectrum Cleaners. I had a terrible encounter with their alterations service. I brought in a brand new sport-coat and asked them to shorten the sleeves and remove the stitching from the pockets. After picking up the jacket, I tried it on at home and I noticed that the lining was not sewn properly in one of the sleeves, and the stitching had not been removed from the pockets. So I returned to the store and asked them to fix it. The next time i picked it up and returned home, the sleeve was sewn, but it was crooked and unprofessional looking. There was no way I could wear it in public. I called the store and asked to speak to the manager. She was out, so I asked her to call me after 2:30. Instead she called me the next morning, but seemed to agree to give me a full refund, though her english was difficult to understand. When I brought it in the next day (my 5th visit to the store!) she refused to give a refund and promised to fix it. I had enough and decided to take it to my tailor who would soon be returning from out of town. I'm so thankful for Town Square Cleaners and Rancho Tailors. They're the BEST."
