"Steve and South OC pools have been great to work with. Most organized and professional pool service we have experienced. Super knowledgeable about cleaning , pool chemistry (super important), chemical controllers (which everyone should have) and all the repair work. We had a new pool system that just was not working as the incorrect type of pumps were installed. Steve and his team have had to replace several items and is really responsive in doing so. They are busy which is great, but instead of just saying “I am super busy and cannot get to it” he gets it on the schedule. That’s all one needs is to know your service team has it in their queue. Then he follows through. Great communication and billing. Don’t bother with the other companies. Just us this one and all will be great."
