"This lady had me pay when I dropped off my pants then when I came to pick them up she told me I didn't pay even though I handed her my receipt. She held me there for like 15 minutes and I told her finally that she needs to either call the cops or I was leaving because I wasn't going to pay her twice. It was absolutely horrible and embarrassing because there were other customers waiting. I'll never come back here again. They also overcharged me $7 over what I actually paid for the pants brand new. I think she has a screw loose honestly. Then she had the nerve to tell me she would call me if she finds out I didn't pay her....I would never recommend this place to anyone. I've never had an experience like this before anywhere"

"I am very disappointed in these cleaners. Not the cleaning part but the alterations they do, which FYI they don't do on site apparently. I had brought some dress pants for a quick fix, a bit of sewing on the side and adjust the length. I was given a pick up time of today Thursday 5pm because I needed them for my wedding Friday morning 10am and now I have to pick them up tomorrow 7:30am in Grand Terrace. I am beyond dissatisfied. No discount was offered and definitely No refund... I will not return"
