"I've used Kona cleaners for several years now for both cleanings and alterations. While they do a great job and are very friendly towards their customers, I don't see how anyone can justify what I was just charged. I know costs have gone up but this is crazy. I could have bought new clothes."

"I took 2 items in for moth damage repairs. One of the item's (a cashmere sweater) was a repair and dry cleaning. The 2nd item was a simple t-shirt and only requested a moth damage repair. When I went to hand them in my closet I noticed: 1. BOTH ITEMS WERE DRY CLEANED, ONLY THE CASHMERE SWEATER WAS TO BE DRY CLEANED. 2. THE COTTON T-SHIRT WAS NEVER MENDED & WAS DRY CLEANED WITHOUT CONSENT Now I have to drive back from Irvine again to have the t-shirt mended like it should have been. HORRIBLE & UNNECESSARY EXPERIENCE"

"Dropped off my leather jacket 3 weeks ago. A charge of 80.00 had to be sent to a specialist. I received my notification to pick it up. I go to get it and they say.. drum role... they ve had it 3 weeks and could not clean it. Then was upset I did not pick it up sooner. I am going on a trip now have to pick up cleaner and do it myself. Super disappointed."
