"Glad I found this place. I've used their service several times and I trust them fully with my clothes, even the delicate fabrics one. They offer same day service, I used this service for an important business evening event."
"Very reasonable prices around costamesa drycleanshop.Turn around time is very less and very good service I got from redhill."
"DO NOT USE THIS CLEANERS FOR ANY OF YOUR WEDDING OR WHITE DRESSES!!! I brought several of my white wedding dresses (shower dress, rehearsal dress, reception dress, etc) to Redhill Cleaners after my wedding this past September 2023. When I picked up the dresses, I couldn’t help but notice that many of them were a different color. All of these dresses were worn once and had no stains. The white now looked grey or silver in color! When we brought it to their attention they aggressively insisted that they could fix them and took one of the V. Chapman dresses back to prove it could be fixed. For months they said they’d fixed it, only for us to come in and see that the dress not only had darkened in grey color but shrunken in size. They started to tell us that this was how we brought in the dress and that it always looked this way. I brought in the original bottomed hemmed piece from the dress to compare, it was very clear that there was a striking color and size difference from the original. When we asked for our money back on the dresses or a replacement they immediately confiscated the dress and all the pieces that went with it and told us that they needed to take it for insurance purposes. 4 months later and after several back and forth messages, they finally agreed to purchase a new dress for the one they attempted to fix only. They notified us a month later that the dress was available for pick up but when they handed over the “new” dress it had no tag, was missing the ribbon belt and was clearly not new like they had promised and likely a second hand dress they bought online. They would not let us take any pictures of the damaged dress but I have provided some pictures of the other dresses that were discolored and put them next to a white dress that was the same as their original color to show the difference. These dresses were very expensive and I am left with three damaged dresses and no reimbursement. At the bare minimum they did not even reimburse for the cleaning fee for the dresses. My parents have gone to this cleaners for years but we are very upset about how everything was handled and how we were treated. Do not recommend them at all!!!!"
"I was on a business trip and needed to have my winter coat dry cleaned. I was kind of worried because I had bad experiences with other cleaners with this kind of wool/ cashmere coat. I googled for cleanser nearby and saw that their price is reasonable compared to other locations. The staff was friendly, took my order and gave me a 20% off coupon for 3 days service. Today I got my coat back and am very satisfied with the quality of service, it was perfect. I strongly recommend using Redhill cleanser for your high-end garments made with natural fabrics ( wool , cashmere, silk …etc) you won’t be disappointed."
"I gave them my uniform for dry cleaning and they washed it. Not only that, instead of giving it properly steamed/ironed. They gave it folded, not ironed or steamed in a bag like if it was a pj. It is a suit, trousers had a line (like a tuxedo) so it’s very difficult to not see how to properly fold them in the worse case scenario. The wrinkles don’t go, because who knows for how long they’ve been in that bag. Trousers have white fibers everywhere. The white blouse was obviously washed with the trousers because now the color is a weird kind or dirty beige. Horrible just horrible. On top of that they charge me for the “wash”!! What wash? It was dry cleaning!! Incredible. Now I fly tomorrow again and the uniform that was supposed to be cleaned is ruined. They have no shame."
