"Refused to give me any kind of rough estimate over the phone, even with a detailed description of what I wanted them to do. I asked the technician to simply run a snake through our clean out drain. Instead, he spent 45 minutes looking around and under the house to see if he could find more serious problems to repair for far more money. When the sun was almost down, and it was too late to call another plumber, he finally agreed to run the snake at three times the normal price. I had no choice at that point, but to comply. The one positive that keeps this from being a one star review was that the technician was personally quite friendly. When he finally agreed to simply snake the drain, it worked fine, as I told him it would. I will try to remember not to call these folks next time around."

"He was able to come to my home within 30 minutes. Unfortunately, he didn't have the part on truck to fix the problem. He did schedule for the next day and showed up when he said he would. It was fixed quickly and the price was average for this area. I was happy with the service."

"Oscar arrived quickly within the suggested time period and remembered me and what part was replaced from a previous visit from two years earlier for my A/C. This time he was on my roof again, but to fix my central heating which stopped providing heat over the weekend. He started taking it apart and tried fixing an old blower motor and fin assembly, before suggesting it had to be replaced. Really? I said, It's only 30 years old, and I was not surprised. He ordered the part, installed it, and I had a nice hot heater again by Monday morning. Great job!"

Called the Office to get a service quote, presented the costing to me and I agreed to hire STEPHENS Plumbing. Mr Jose C. Went out of,purchase the parts needed for the job and performed the work in a very professional manner. Mr Jose C. observed other possible issues with one of my drain lines and recommended possible repair techniques, which I told him I will have done in the near future. I cannot express enough pleasure with STEPHENS Plumbing in dealing with the Office Staff, who were very professional and courteous when keeping me up-to-date on the Technician’s arrival time at my home. I expressed to Mr Jose C. that my future plumbing, heating & air conditioning work will be performed by this Company and I will specifically ask for Mr Jose C. to be the technician to come to my home.
